Join us for a free training session with SPEAR Physical Therapy on Saturday, March 7 at 11:30 AM in the DFMS Gym.
Their certified trainers and therapists will test your athlete's strength, flexibility and movement patterns to help spot any areas of concern (weakness, imbalances, etc) which might lead to injury.
They will show our players strength and conditioning exercises to work on for increased performance, stretching and proper preparation/wind down techniques, provide resistance bands to take home, all in an effort to make them stronger, faster and healthier athletes.
The session is open to players of all ages, and welcome anyone who might be interested in learning more about today's injury prevention practices.
